Cold Air Intake- Save fuel, money and pollution also

A cold air intake system is an essential accessory required by your car if there is much fuel consumption in the car. It supplies cooler air into the engine, thus giving it more oxygen rich air, so that the combustion of fuel takes place efficiently. It also enables better mixing of fuel and air to give more proportionate mixture of air and fuel. In a car engine, it is not only the fuel that is burnt. Sometimes it also causes water to enter the area near the chamber, leading to hydrolock. But this is very rare situation. But this advantage is very small as compared to the many advantages which accrue the cold air intake system. These also help to improve the mileage of the vehicle, and thus saving the huge amount of money spent on the expensive fuel. It also aides in increasing the power of the engine, thus giving it more speed at economical fuel consumption. With increased airflow capacity, the fuel is burned more efficiently, saving fuel as well as the costs incurred on it.
